What is Premature Ejaculation (And What You Can Do About it to Achieve Explosive Sexual Stamina!)
By Lloyd Lester, Creator, EjaculationByCommand.com

What exactly is premature ejaculation? Well, it depends on who you ask. But the common consensus is that if you regularly come to a climax too early during sex without fulfilling your partner, you may be one of many men who are suffering from premature ejaculation (PE). As many as one in three men are believed to be afflicted with this sexual dysfunction. Actual figures may actually be higher as this is an embarrassing ailment that not many guys are willing to openly discuss.

What are the symptoms of premature ejaculation?

Premature ejaculation can be categorized by lifelong (primary) or acquired (secondary). The former can be characterized by early ejaculation within one minute following intercourse. This is often accompanied by a severe lack of confidence in bed and in worst cases, an avoidance of sex altogether. On the other hand, secondary PE is often marked by persistent ejaculation before both you and your partner wish that it happens. Guys who are experiencing secondary PE usually have enjoyed fulfilling sexual relationships in the past.

Are you at risk?

There are some men who are at higher risks of developing premature ejaculation. These include guys who are suffering from some form of erectile dysfunction. Men who have problems with erection often subconsciously hurry through sexual intercourse for fear of losing their erections. One of the biggest contributors to early ejaculation is stress or emotional strain. So men who are often emotionally stressed out are at a higher risk of ejaculating early during sex. This is nature’s way of releasing tension that has been pent up.

Do you need to seek medical attention?

If your lack of sexual endurance is causing great distress to you and your partner, it is recommended that you seek medical assistance. The doctor would be able to advice on the appropriate treatment to help you cope with the problem. In some cases, the doctor will even suggest that you are not even experiencing early ejaculation, especially if it occurs only occasionally. Likewise, if you can satisfy your partner even if you do not last more than 2 to 4 minutes during intercourse, there is no real cause for concern.

Coping with premature ejaculation

There are many forms of treatments, and what you choose to use will depend on the severity of your condition. These options include natural sexual therapy and conditioning, such as the squeeze technique to re-wire your ejaculatory triggers; medications that include the use of anti-depressants or topical anesthetic creams or sprays.

The bottom line is, premature ejaculation is very common and is a treatable condition. By understanding why you are ejaculating prematurely, you can use the appropriate solutions to permanently end your ejaculation problems and achieve the coveted ability to enjoy long-lasting sex!

Starting a Business During an unstable Economy

Advertisements

Starting a business during an unstable economy, a SHTF situation, is the best way to survive an economic shift in the world. Since the beginning of the pandemic, entrepreneurship has never been more important than now.

With so many businesses closing down and many more scrambling to adapt to the “new normal” during this Covid era, it has put an enormous strain on the world’s economy.

This month, I’m starting a new series where I’ll be documenting the relaunch of my company. From setting up the LLC to business development and getting paid. This series will be an inside viewpoint of what it takes to start a business on a modest income and with a barebones idea.

I’ve owned several businesses before. A c-corp plumbing company, a sole proprietorship cleaning company, and few gig-styled enterprises. This new venture (well, Mike Berrios Media has been one of my gigs since 2010) is an LLC.

My experience with my plumbing construction company taught me many valuable lessons that I’m still dealing with today. I’ll go over those down the line.

After the collapse of 2008, I wasn’t too active as an entrepreneur.

I did do the self-employed “gig thing” way before it became a trend. I was a plumbing consultant, a real estate consultant, and a marketing associate for several companies.

Now I did all that with some level success and it helped to put food on the table. But I still felt unfulfilled. It wasn’t my dream business.

After having a company with a workforce that required weekly payroll and all the idiosyncratic nuances that came with it, I definitely didn’t want to go through that again. Enter the home-based business model.

I joined a few network marketing companies with very little success but I learned a great deal. Let me tell you something about failures. They are your greatest teachers.

In fact, I encourage everyone to just go out there and fail as many times as you can. Start a project or a business (small and manageable, of course) in what ever hobby or interest you may have.

Go and make all the mistakes and document the whole process. I use a journal in collaboration with my notes app on my iPhone. I journal all the highlights and the screw-ups that I had that day or week.

Trust me when I tell you that when you fail, it will be painful, but you’ll learn valuable lessons that otherwise you’d have to pay a mentor for.

That leads me to my next advise. Find mentors. I struggled with that then and I still struggle with it now. It can cost you money or time but it is highly beneficial for you to seek out a mentor in your niche.

You can begin launching a new business without a mentor and go out there and fail or find a mentor to cut down the learning curve. Either way you’re going to pay. I just hope you learn something.

Next thing is become a legal enterprise. That means create a legal entity or corporation. I used LegalZoom to establish my S-Corp. I’m not a attorney or accountant so do your own due diligence as to the best type of business structure. Remember, we’re doing things legal.

Using LegalZoom was easy and affordable. Their process was relatively quick and very informative.

Back to the attorney and CPA/accountant. It may seem like a costly expense but it’s money well spent to help you avoid trouble in the long run. But you have to hire the right people for the right job.

In other words, if you need legal assistance for anything business related or after you launch your business, hire an attorney who specializes in what ever business niche that you’re in.

Accounting stuff, make sure that you’re dealing with a CPA that’s knowledgeable of the type of industry that you’re in.

Finally, let’s talk about why you’d want to start a business in the first place.

Starting a business can help you generate more income. Save on taxes. And potentially build wealth. And an extra caveat, help you leave a mark in the world.

Becoming an entrepreneur like an Elon Musk, Russell Brunson or a Tony Robbins will allow you to not only help you and your family; but to also help others. You can become a philanthropist or your product/service could help an underserved part of the world.

What I’m saying is don’t just start a business only to make money. (I know, it’s hard for me say it too) Start a business for a “purpose” and a “why”, that will allow you to “give” to the world or whoever you want to help. By taking this approach it will motivate you get your business started and running right from the very beginning.

Look for the continuation of this series in the coming days and weeks ahead as I document my journey.

If you’re looking for business to start, I recommend affiliate marketing. This is what I’m doing now.

2020’s Ups, Downs, And Sideways!

OMG! What a year it’s been! If you’re anywhere in the world you may have had the same type of year as we’ve had in CT. The COVID-19 pandemic has changed just about everything. Kids attending school virtually, people working from home, families using Zoom to do baby showers. Unfortunately, there have been an unimaginable amount of people that have died from the virus. And the many who have fallen ill from COVID are struggling to recuperate physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially. It has been a unprecedented time for everyone.

For me and the family we’ve had our fair share of “trying times”. But at the same time we’ve been able to adapt to our “new normal”. My kids have been doing their best to deal with online school. My wife has recently joined the workforce and I’ve taken advantage of some opportunities that this pandemic has created.

Despite all the adversities, challenges, and uncertainties I’ve learned that being a prepper isn’t only for the conspiracy theorists. 😳

Who knew that toilet paper and lysol would be scarce?

With all the craziness, I’m still confident that we will all come out of this with a better appreciation for life.

2020 is almost done (thank God!) but the residuals from the events of this year will be lasting well into the next couple of years.

What have you learned from 2020? What will you do differently for the upcoming year?

Food Forest Phase 1

I’m excited to share the progress I’ve had so far in developing my food forest in my back yard. Before I go on I’d like to thank Chip Drop for hooking me up with access to the wood chip delivery. I highly recommend the company if you’re looking for fr.ee and accessible wood chips delivered to your garden.

I’m inviting you to check out the launch of my new series on my channel documenting the food forest build.

My disclaimer is that I’m not a professional gardener nor do I have any extensive experience in gardening besides growing some lettuce and tomatoes. However, I am a believer that whatever you set your mind to accomplish you will succeed once you model yourself after those individuals who have blazed the path before you.

With being said, i welcome you to check my first video in the Berrios Food Forest Build series

Time For a New Project: The Berrios Food Forest

Call me Farmer Berrios. The idea of one day owning a farm has been a dream of mine. I’ve had a small garden in the back yard of my apartment for like the last 5 years. Since we bought the house last March, we grew some tomatoes and veggies with some success. This season I’d like to expand into a mini-farm operation.

YouTube has been my online education resource from hobby farming to chicken coops. There’s so many Youtubers with great channels that I’m inspired to get my own Food Forest started. I’ve decided to go with a permaculture process like Paul Gautschi’s “Back To Eden” technique.

My back yard has been cleared out thanks to my dogs tearing and digging it all up. Thanks Odin and Dutchess, good dogs.

I ordered free wood chips from Chip Drop to lay all over the yard but just as I was distributing the wood chips, it started to snow. This is how it looks so far…

There’s 20 cubic yards buried in snow in my driveway
Left side of the back yard
Right Side where the planned chicken coop is going

I’ve even drafted a plan drawing of the layout of my raised beds, chicken coop and dog pen. Just gotta lay out where my potential fruit trees are going. That’s how serious I am.

There’s a huge tree smack dab in the middle of the yard that I have to trim to allow more sun onto the Food Forest

Overgrown Tree that needs to be trimmed

I’d like to consider myself a handy, hands-on kinda guy. But tackling this beast may be way over my head. Literally.

My objective is to build the infrastructure DIY and with as much organic material as possible. I do plan to recycle and reuse whatever I can find to make the Food Forest as raw and natural as I can; but at the same time be fully functional.

This project is more than a dream for me. It’s about being self sustainable

Living off the grid.

Well sort of

I’m excited about this next venture and I’ll do the best I can to document the whole process

Are You Struggling To Break Free?

Advertisements

Well it’s 2018 and Are You Struggling To Break Free?

I was and still am despite promoting to a better title within the organization I’m with. I am being compensated well and I’m having fun too. But I’m still missing something. My entrepreneurial spirit has been swirling with angst to get started in another business venture however I don’t know what I’d like to do.

I’ve done Uber for bit with little interest, maybe because I’m an introvert and also being confined in my car for too long of a period isn’t my thing. I’ve dabbled in conventional real estate sales with some success; but having to go through the licensing stuff every couple of years along with continuing education can be a drag. Plus we moved to CT recently (Yeah, I bought a house, finally!) So getting another license for another state was out of the question.

With commuting to work and the long hours I put in on the rails (I’m Motorman, AKA Train Operator) I had to find or create an opportunity that will not require too much of my available time and it has to be flexible. So I’m back at it with my media publishing and marketing biz. It’s the best way to generate cash flow (with not too much overhead) and at the same time helping people along the way to do the same thing while I grow my business.

What are you doing to break free from the rat race?

Share your story, I’d love to hear it…
